Despite the controversy surrounding As I Lay Dying`s frontman Tim Lambesis the band are still selling out venues.
Lambesis was arrested in 2013 after attempting to hire an undercover police officer to murder his wife. He pleaded guilty in 2014 and was sentenced to serve six years in prison. Lambesis was released on parole in December 2016 while the other members of the band went on to form Wovenwar.
On his release Lambesis announced his intention to ressurect As I Lay Dying with all new members. This promise proved shortlived as the previous lineup returned for a fall tour of the United States and Europe.
In a series of tweets the band reveals that they have already sold out several shows and moved to upgraded venues.
